Baking is once or twice a week see shop for availability 
This week Friday and Wednesday breads 

There are often wonky breads or spares sitting waiting for a loving home and are yours for donation for charity - this year  the children's ward

In my kitchen as well as lots of gluten I do use nuts, seeds, dairy, eggs, fish, celery and mustard.  If any of these ingredients are in the bread I will state it. But despite taking utmost care I cannot guarantee that my breads will be free of any of these products.
