Together so far this year we have raised £384.93 for Demelza!

In my kitchen as well as lots of gluten I do use nuts, seeds, dairy, eggs, fish, celery and mustard.  If any of these ingredients are in the bread I will state it. But despite taking utmost care I cannot guarantee that my breads will be free of any of these products.

Classes: beginners, sourdough, both 5 hours £75.00 and bun and bagel workshop 4 hours. £60.00 per person. Each class includes all ingredients, bread baked. Refreshments, snack lunch 
Baking days are Wednesday and Friday.
Some breads are baked on certain days.
Cut off times for orders are:
Midnight Monday for Wednesday breads
Wednesday 5.00pm for Friday breads
