Together so far this year we have raised £255.75 for Demelza!

In my kitchen as well as lots of gluten I do use nuts, seeds, dairy, eggs, fish, celery and mustard.  If any of these ingredients are in the bread I will state it. But despite taking utmost care I cannot guarantee that my breads will be free of any of these products.

Even if you have had both jabs I'm asking everyone to have a negative covid test on that day. Tests are free, available from your local pharmacy in packs of 4 and you can test yourself at home before you attend. 
Classes: beginners, sourdough, and bun and bagel workshop. Each are 4 hours. £60.00 per person, including all ingredients, bread baked. Refreshments, snack lunch 
 
Baking days are Wednesday and Friday.
Some breads are baked on certain days.
Cut off times for orders are:
Midnight Monday for Wednesday breads
Wednesday 5.00pm for Friday breads
