It takes 24 hours  and 500 grams of dough to make delicious 2 French Sticks De New Eltham. 

Using French baguette flour (T55) and the traditional French method  and each stick is also scaled to the customary weight of 250 grams of dough - resulting in these authentic as they can be - French Sticks.
